Made an appointment for my COVID booster and flu shot and they were right on time. Had me in and out. Unlike Walgreens who booked my appointment then told me when I got there that they were out. When I asked why do you you bother to book an appointment I was told they didn’t know as it is first come first serve. Not that way at this pharmacy!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They were knowledgeable and engaged. Highly recommend this pharmacy; it’s hard to find such fine service with a genuine smile.

Absolutely excellent service. They went above and beyond for our family. I called to see if they could do a non typical fill, and while they couldn’t, they called a pharmacy in our Serra and helped us get the prescription filled. So appreciative of this pharmacy. Excellent customer service.

This pharmacy is always honest and helpful. My wife was in a lot of discomfort and they were able to drop her medicine off at the house. Keep up the good customer service!

I LOVE this pharmacy. I was fed up with everything about the chain store pharmacies: rude and overworked employees, prescription mix-ups/problems, long wait-times, and automated phone systems that make you jump through hoops just to talk to a live person. Here, they ONLY do pharmacy, that's their thing, so I got the care and attention I wanted and expected from the beginning. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and kind. Prescriptions were ready the same day I called them in. It was quick and easy to transfer all my prescriptions, and they took my insurance. Quick service, lovely people. What a different experience from what I was used to at my previous pharmacy. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I was really pleased.

Wonderful pharmacy and a staff that truly cares about their customers. Brian and Phil are helpful, knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you personally to provide better care. I needed a vaccine and surprisingly couldn't get one at any of my local big chain pharmacies (5-7 day wait). Even when I was the only customer in store the local big chain turned me away. But Good Value got me in quick and I drove 30 minutes to Racine. Now I think I'll just drive the 30 minutes to Good Value for all my pharmacy needs, versus the pharmacy 2 minutes from my house. Thank you!

This place is wonderful- the staff are absolutely amazing, and I'm so grateful for such a wonderful place to go. Just the other day, a guy was in and was raging he couldn't get his prescription early; staff kept their cool and handled the situation with grace. I know working on pharmacy can be hard- it's long hours and thankless work, and they have to fight off drug seekers, probably more often than we want to think about, and they handle it all with patience and kindness here. A special shout-out to Gina for everything she does!

For the most part, they are very friendly, patient and reasonably priced. I’m a recently diagnosed diabetic and I wasn’t ready financially for the costs of getting supplies and medication. I printed out as many vouchers and discounts as possible and they were very understanding and helpful. Prices are as good, if not better, than the big name pharmacies. Sometimes, it may take a little longer to get supplies as they have to ship them in and they don’t always communicate that, but I understand they can’t store every brand, make of everything.
